We do this too. Your server is probably not sending a helo that is a
fqdn or the fqdn it is sending is not resolving. Send a message to another
postfix server and look at the log. What does the helo=<SOMETHING> say? What
is your postfix server's $myhostname? If it isn't an FQDN, fix it.
Most mail servers let you get away with breaking the standard here
(which is why you aren't having the problem with everyone), but I advocate
checking this as it blocks a LOT of spam before you have to run it through SA.
Zombied Windows boxes almost never send a valid helo, real mail servers almost
always do. The ones that don't can be fixed.
