The "250 2.7.1 Ok, discarded, UBE" happens when score provided by SpamAssassin exceeds kill level. Check amavisd log for more information like the spam score. If a message is quarantined, its header would also show which SpamAssassin rules fired. The set of SA rules fired could also be added to the amavisd log by adding a %T macro to a log template.
