Mark will reply with a definitive answer, but I believe this is just
amavis notifying you that it could not verify the type or legitimacy of
a bounce destined for u...@domain.com.  Amavis looks for signs that a
bounce or auto-response is in response to a message actually sent by
your server.  A comment from the related section of the code:

 # message could be some kind of non-standard bounce or autoresponse, but
 # lacks recognizable structure and a header section from original mail
