Already removed the 'coalesce' in 2.7.0 pre-releases starting
with 2.7.0-pre5, thanks for pointing it up.

The current 2.7.0 pre-releases offer the function iso8601_yearweek,
which returns a number: $year * 100 + $weeknumber
