I guess that the provided looong filename in the request does not really exist, and that the padding trailing zeroes must be an artifact of your database field type declaration (perhaps msgs.quar_loc), or maybe an artifact of mailzu. Check how the msgs.quar_loc data looks like in your database, and perhaps ask on the mailzu mailing list.
