Yes.  It is a legitimate excel file by the way.
$ unzip -l List.xlsx | wc -l
1651

Same behaviour for 2.6.1, 2.6.3 and 2.7.0_pre11.  The only change is the
%admin_maps_by_ccat change that sends an email by default for unchecked
files in 2.7.0.

Increasing the default $MAXFILES setting in amavisd.conf for 2.7.0 might
be in order.
