quarantine release

Hi,

Is there a way to release a message from quarantine to a single
recipient, when the message may be addressed to multiple addresses?

eg:

banned_content.foo  addressed to x...@example.com, y...@example.com, 
z...@example.com
but only want to release it to y...@example.com
at present amavis seems to release to everyone, which may not be
optimum in todays world.
