and this entry does not exist now in README.postfix which is available

Just wanted clarification....
This setting is deprecated with newer versions of Postfix.
Additionaly the documentation[1] states:
"Some obsolete how-to documents recommend disabling DNS lookups in some
configurations with content_filters. This is no longer required and
strongly discouraged."
