Currently, we are always showing one ZooKeeper node assigned to the first node
shown in the Assign Masters page. Changes are required on the server-side to
perform appropriate ZooKeeper assignment suggestions and on the front-side to
display, prevent multiple ZooKeeper servers from being assigned to the same
server, and to hand off role assignment data to the server.
