To jump to a certain stage for development purposes:
1. Edit html/initializeCluster.php to uncomment the line:
// jsFilesToLoad.push('js/test/initializeClusterTest.js');
2. Modify js/test/initializeClusterTest.js and set the variable "stage" to the
stage to jump to upon page load.
