When querying nagios_alerts.php, it is returning host-level alerts, such as
"Process down" for DataNode, RegionServer, and TaskTracker, and "Storage full"
for DataNode. However, "service_description" for "Process down" is not properly
prefixed with the componenent name for the UI to be able to parse
reliably/cleanly.
