When there are many hosts in the cluster, it takes a while for Cluster
Management to load all necessary resources upon page refresh (more than 20
seconds on a 450-node cluster).
Rather than displaying a static "Loading" text, show a progress bar that fills
up as resources clusters, users, hosts, alerts, services) get loaded.
