Server side definition of the task and its results
* Version number as a parameter
* Manage transition to/from UPGRADING/UPGRADE_FAILED
Upgrade is performed when a service and all its host-component are in INSTALLED
state. Upgrade preparation step will put all relevant components in UPGRADING
state and after upgrade is successful the task completion will put them back to
INSTALLED state.
If there are any errors then the host-components go into UPGRADE_FAILED state.
The above states will be used by the FE to infer upgrade status.
