Fix For: 1.3.0
Open detailed view of any metric diagram on Services page, for example "Total
Space Utilization". After that change width of browser less than width of
detailed view of metric diagram. Right arrow for graph time paging is invisible
and we can't to resolve this problem using horizontal scrollbar.
