Summary: Incorrect behavior of "Clear filters" on "Jobs" page

Steps:
1. Open "Jobs" page.
2. Populate any input field for column with any value.
3. Populate "Search" field with any value.
4. Click "Clear filters" button.
Result:
Input fields for columns were cleared, but "Search" field was not.
Expected result:
"Search" input field also was cleared.
