[~tbeerbower] the patch looks good but we will have to enable encrypt passwords
for any password entries in ambari.properties so that the truststore is only
readably by ambari-server. Also what kind of trusstore can it be? Can we import
multiple certs into the trusstore? Also can we run the setup nagios https
multiple times? Also does removing the 2 properties disable the certs? Also
what happens when ambari server is running as a different user. Will the
trustore perms need ot be changed?
