Scenario:
1. Sign in to Ambari WebUI
2. Stop all services
3. Add new property to (on page Services->HDFS->Configs tab-> Custom
hdfs-site.xml->Add Property)
4. In new window Key - "dfs.https.enable", value - "true".
5. On clicking Add button nothing happens.
