Description:
When adding a host using Add Host Wizard on the 2.x stack, if we select
NodeManager, the result is: we only installed NodeManager, but not starting it
automatically.
Expected result:
NodeManager should be installed and started successfully as other
components(DataNode, RegionServer .etc).
