The "start" phase of the Install Wizard and Add Host Wizard need to be more
resilient.
Currently it assumes that the server responds with HTTP code 202.
There are cases in which the server can respond with HTTP code 200, or error
code.
Errors can occur due to some unexpected circumstances, and 200 can occur if
Ganglia is not installed and only Client is selected during Add Host Wizard,
etc.
