Removal of the spring-mock testing dependency would reduce the effort required
to get ambari info Fedora. spring-mock is not packaged in Fedora and packaging
it does not seem trivial, if it even works with springframework 3.x. It
appears to only be used in one test:
ambari-server/src/test/java/org/apache/ambari/server/security/SecurityFilterTest.java
