Description:
When NameNode HA is enabled, we should show the links to:
* Active NameNode (disabled if no active NN)
* Standby NameNode <- This replaces the Secondary NameNode (disabled if no
standby ; show 2 Standby NN if there are two )
* DataNodes (the same as before)
