On a 2node cluster (second host was Added via Add Hosts wizard, but the same
was reproduced on a 3-node cluster with regular nodes' deployment)
1. On second host perform Decommission of DataNode.
2. The first host goes to state *Heartbeat lost* in UI (*host1-state.png*),
doesn't seem to recover from it.
