1. Add "ambari-server setup-security" to replace all of the following
operations:
"setup-https|setup-ganglia-https|setup-nagios-https|encrypt-passwords"
2. Add new operation "setup-kerberos-auth" to ask the user for:
- ambari.keytab
- ambari.principal
