1. Stop a NodeManager.

2. Two alerts for the NodeManager appear quite soon on the corresponding Host
Details page and on the Hosts page.
3. No alerts present on the ServicesPage->Yarn for at least 10 min. Same is
true for Dashboard->ClassicView->Yarn->NodeManagersLive.
4. 1 alert appears some considerable time later.
*Expected result:*
3. Alerts and 'NodeManagers live' counter change synchronously with 2.
4. *1* or *2* alerts should be present *?*
