The issue seems to be a duplicate of BUG-8307, judjing from Jaimin Jetly
comment on BUG-8602.
Steps to reproduce:
1) follow the procedure Enabling HTTPS for Hadoop Web Endpoints described in
ssl-enable-hadoop-webui.pdf in improvement BUG-7755.
2) after restarting hadoop
a) We get a NodeManager Health Alert on all hosts (NodeManagerHealthAlert.png),
meanwhile the api shows them all as started. No alerts about unhealthy
Nodemanagers on ServicesPage->YARN.
b) an alert for Name Node edit logs directory status is displayed
(WarningNameNodeEditLogs.png), though the jmx url is accessible via https://
now.
