Fix For: 1.4.1
Upgrade script needs to remain up to date with config property changes and
changes to default value. This JIRA will track changes.
* Delete few deprecated mapred properties
* dfs.block.local-path-access.user should be deleted in hdfs-site
* yarn.nodemanager.local-dirs and yarn.nodemanager.log-dirs should have
different values
