Uploaded ambari-web part to revert back to 1.2.5 (basically reverts Jobs UI
specific to Hadoop 2.0 that was causing problems for Hadoop 1.0 Jobs UI).
This does not revert patches committed to fix certain issues on top of 1.2.5.
Namely, we are still retaining:
* AMBARI-3269: Incorrect indication of paging for "Jobs" page
* AMBARI-2758: Jobs page: table is not striped and pagination is not disabled
