There are API calls which do not generate tasks on server and web-client
doesn't poll them. We should not show empty host pop-up for such command (Empty
host pop-up.png).
*For NameNode HA setup:*
Step-4 (Install, Start and Test) has following commands whose link on the label
to host pop-up should be disabled
* NameNode + ZKFC create
* NameNode + ZKFC disable
* NameNode + ZKFC reconfigure
Step-6 (Install, Start and Test) has NameNode+ZKFC remove command whose link on
the label should be disabled.
Similarly please revisit reassign master wizard for other components and remove
label link to host popup for the commands that do not trigger API call which
returns request id that needs to be polled for progress.
