h4. Steps to reproduce:
*Scenario1:*
* On namenode HA setup, click reassign namenode under maintenance pulldown
button of HDFS service.
* This will take you to url
http://162.216.149.132:8080/#/main/services/reassign/step1
* Manually type url
http://162.216.149.132:8080/#/main/services/reassign/step4. This will start
Install, Start and Test (step-4) command execution.
*Scenario 2:*
* On namenode HA setup, go to HDFS service page.
* Type http://162.216.149.132:8080/#/main/services/reassign/step4, this will
cause JS error (snapshot-1)
* Refresh the page. This will cause JS error(snapshot-2)
* Just type http://162.216.149.132:8080. This redirects to
http://162.216.149.132:8080/#/main/services/reassign/step4 (snapshot-3)
