Steps:
# Go to "Admin" page -> "High Availability" tab and run "Enable NameNode HA"
wizard.
# Close wizard.
# Sign out (or reopen browser).
# Sign in.
Result:
After sign in was opened first page of "Enable NameNode HA" wizard instead
"Dashboard" page.
