1. On host page, Show 'delete ' in 'Actions..' section of HBase Master
component.
Delete will be available only when this component is
stopped/installed-failed/upgrade-failed/unknown. (disabled during
starting/stoping/installing )
2. Click on 'delete', this component will be deleted with no background
operation show up.
3. If current component is the last one in current service ( last HBase Master
for HBase), then a warning checkbox must be checked before we can proceed to
delete it.
