I am finding I want to do stops and moves all from the host page. So on a host
details page, if it's hosting a master component that supports move, to that
component action menu, add a "Move" option, which launches the wizard.
Currently, move is only available on the services page. Leave that there, just
add Move to actions menu as another option page.
