UI Adjustments in the attached. Some context:
1) Introduced the idea of a checkbox to "enable" a repo. This is because of
checking that should be performed per BUG-10447, and we shouldn't bother
validating repo URLs if the repo isn't going to be used by the user. The issue
is: user will only setup repos for the OSs they are using, so the rest they
will leave to public. Which in non-internet local install, we can't validate
(BUG-10447) so we have to give a way for a user to say "don't bother with this
repo" and the checkbox does that. Means we shouldn't bother PUT'ing the
unchecked repos either.
2) Group URLs for centos/rhel/oraclelinux into a single box for each version (5
and 6). Even though the wizard has to PUT for each (3 PUTs per Base), it's
easier on the user to understand it's the same repo for these OSs.
3) Cleaned up some lead-in section text and important info.
4) Proposing a clear icon for the input area. Since we pre-load the input field
with a looonnng URL, it's easier to clear if an icon was present.
