Changes implemented in patch:
* Cluster host info moved from ExecutionCommand entity to Stage entity.
* Updated ddl's for creating database.
* Added upgrade scripts.
* Modified ActionScheduler to populate ExecutionCommand with clusterHostInfo of
corresponding stage.
* Updated unit-tests.
