I overrode a config in default config-group and provided a new value. Then I 
went back to default config-group and clicked +Exception. The dialog had the 
same config-group again to select. Clicking on which I was able to add a second 
override field in the same config-group.
The select/create config-group dialog should not show config-group that is 
already overridden.
