When a service has stale config host components, we show restart indicators on
the service and the host. These indicators also have stop/start actions which
stop and start stale-config host-components.
The following issues need to be fixed:
Stop components and Start components should be Stop Components and Start
Components respectively.
Stop Components should be in red color
Start Components should be in green color
In host page, Stop Components button looks disabled by default. But clicking on
it works.
The restart-indicator icon is much darker on the host page than in the service
page. It should be of the same color as the service page.
