For {{Rename}} and {{Duplicate}} actions, the {{Name}} and {{Description}}
fields should be pre-filled based on selected config-group in the {{Manage
Configuration Groups}} dialog.
For {[Duplicate}}, the name should be "<original name> Copy" and description
should be "<original description> (Copy)". Duplicate will do a POST while
Rename will do a PUT.
The titles of the dialogs should also be changed to {{Duplicate Configuration
Group}} and {{Rename Configuration Group}}, along with the field labels being
{{Name}} and {{Description}}.
