>From the {{Manage Configuration Groups}} dialog we can launch the host

>function however has the title and description hardcoded for config-overrides.
Add the ability to pass the dialog title and description parameters to
{{app/utils/hosts.js#launchHostsSelectionDialog()}} function.
Change title to "Select Configuration Group Hosts", and description to "Select
hosts that should belong to this configuration group. Configurations for these
hosts will be overridden from the default values.".
