Hi Artem, HDP is just the Hadoop-related components, not the Hortonworks Management Center, which is the equivalent of Ambari (http://hortonworks.com/hdp/hortonworks-management-center/). There's no repo of HDP in Apache infrastructure.
I got confused too when I first play with Ambari. I think the reason is that Hortonworks want make HDP as a brand of total solution, which contains HMC. So, on Hortonworks homepage, there's only HDP under the "product" menu. But in fact, HDP is the sub-package that is contained by HMC and Ambari...
