The smu blocks are slightly different on CI dGPUs vs. APUs. Hawaii should
follow Bonaire and kabini and mullins should follow kaveri.

Thanks. Corrected. Bonaire also had the wrong version. I've pushed
out v2 of the patch with those corrections.
