Right now amdgpu uses the same firmware as radeon.  We could switch to using 
the amdgpu folder if we want to use different firmware for radeon vs. amdgpu.  
We just need to patch the driver to use the other firmware path and add the new 
firmware.  It's something we've thought about for a while, but never had enough 
of a need to prompt doing it.
