I am trying to understand how DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE changes things wrt debug_ fs file operations but can't find many resources. :( Please let me know if I should be asking this in a different mailing list/irc instead. The change seems to be suggested by a coccinelle script.
