Yes; confirmed with just https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/series/126220/ on top of 6.7-rc1 things are fine on PHX.
It also fixes GCVM_L2_PROTECTION_FAULT_STATUS faults on Navi33 eGPU connected to PHX.
