The Subversion layout should be refactored based on the new layout described in
http://amdatu.org/confluence/display/Amdatu/Subversion+layout.
The WIKI page describes the full layout of future Amdatu versions, this issue
however only describes the needed refactoring for components currently
available (i.e. no amdatu-launcher and no amdatu-provisioning)
