Amdatu currently only has a JDK bridge that attaches to JDK handlers and passes
log entries to the OSGi LogService. Other frameworks may use other logging
frameworks like log4j and slf4j. For SLF4J there is an easy solution; using the
slf4-jdk bridge (so slf4j->jdk->OSGi). After resolving AMDATU-74 it seems that
our JDK handler captures all log entries.
