Since the move from configuration files from fileinstall to UserAdmin with use
of the filebasedconfiguration bundle, configuration entries cannot be edited
anymore. Previously entries could be changed by updating the file in the deploy
directory (picked up by fileinstall). In the current situation however,
configuration entries are visualized only as read-only in the Felix Webconsole
but they cannot be changed. So this means currently they can only be changed
using the Java API.
