Everytime I run a "mvn install" for the second time without an intermediate
clean the integration tests. This seems to have to do something with the
javadoc/source generation as the surefire reports shows that Pax Exam claims
that a -javadoc.jar file is not a valid bundle... in a sense this is correct.
Question is why / who what is telling Pax Exam to deploy the file.
