We should come up with a generic approach used to separate the concerns of
caching and service implementation. An example is the gadget management
service, where gadget specs are cached in the service implementation
GadgetmanagementServiceImpl. We should refactor and separate the caching logic
from the service implementation and come up with a generic design pattern which
we will use for all Amdatu services.
