I am able to reproduce the issue in a standalone Felix container with Felix
http service and config admin deployed. So this must be a Felix httpservice
issue. Files a bug for it: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-2714
To provide a workaround for the issue in our integration test I'll add one more
check to see if the HttpService runs on the default port 8080. If not, the test
returns without actually running it but without causing it to fail. So the
integration test is only executed when the error doesn't seem to appear.
Ofcourse this is a workaround which should be removed asap, but we shouldn't
allow an external bug to cause our own integration test to fail.
