Resolution: Fixed
Removed OAuth servlet for request/authorize/access tokens from Shindig. Note
that in fact this servlet was not used at all, since the only gadget doing
something with oAuth was the course gadget, which only used oAuth Signed
Requests (hence doesn't need to generate request/access tokens)
